You are requested to go through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Nepalcome.com, you are agreeing to be bound by terms and conditions, the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability during the time of booking. After agreement with company, when any legal or disputes arise during the trip then the company as well as client will be responsible to resolve the problems.
2. BOOKING A TRIP
Before booking the trip, we would like to elucidate that a ‘trip’ refers to any programs, itinerary, activities or products that you buy with us including Trekking, Tours, Expeditions, and other adventure and tour programs.
After sending confirmation invoice or mail by the Company then only from the date, your booking is accepted. Now, you and company will come into existence.
Please note it, the Company has the right to increase or decrease brochure prices before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force. So, company would not be responsible to provide any warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.
3. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:–
i) Nepal Trips:
During the time of booking, you have to make a non- refundable deposit of 25% of trip and you can pay the remaining amount after your arrival in Kathmandu or before departure from your country. You have to send non- refundable deposit to the Company or its Agent. You may require higher or full payment; it depends on the trips made by the Company. In the same way, the Company will advise you at the time of booking if booking is different from the outline.
ii) India/Tibet/Bhutan Trips
During the time of booking, non- refundable deposit of 25% remains due along with airfares before 21 days of trip departure. Similarly, if you are booking 21 days or less prior to departure then your full payment is due.
Our humble request to you to pay accordingly upon your arrival so the total is equivalent to the product cost. Please, E-mail us the bank reference number or remittance slips after you initiate the transfer. Then, it will be easy for us to check the sender’s detail.
4. FINAL PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCCE OF BOOKING/CLIENT DETAILS
i) Nepal Trips
Note that you can make your final payment after arrival in Nepal through bank transfer, cash or credit card (Visa or Master card) but there is some (depends on bank and your cards) surcharge when you pay through the cards.
ii)India/Tibet/Bhutan Trips
In the case of final payment trips for India, Bhutan and Tibet, you have to pay 21 days prior to the trip begin date.
5. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
Whenever the Clients cancel the booking or trips due to any reasons then the cancel must be made in writing as well as acknowledged by the Company.
The cancellation charge will be determined by the Company or Agent only from the date when they receive cancel request.
Or, it is transferable to your recommended person with some charges.Please note it; if you leave the trip for any reason after beginning then no refunds will be made for any services which you have not utilized. The client is requested to take cancellation insurance while booking.

10. TRIP AMMENDMENT
When The Company receives booking amendment request of 30 days or more prior to your original trip departure then the company will make the necessary changes with a charge of necessary charges. If you want to make amendment within 30 days of the trip departure then the cost will be higher according to the arrangement of company including the cost of hotels, guest houses, ground operators or airlines.
11. VISA AND PASSPORT
Please note that, while travelling with us you must carry your valid passport at least 6 months from your entry. After arrival in Nepal, you will receive Nepal visa. Regarding visa for Tibet and Bhutan, the company can make necessary arrangement through request. But in the case of India, the client must acquire the visa from home country or you need a week in Kathmandu to get Indian visa from Indian embassy, Kathmandu. If your entry is refused to the country or places due to the problem of visa documentation then Nepalcom.com won’t be responsible for it.
Please note that, the package of our company does not include your personal insurance. Therefore, you (client) must take adequate insurance packages by yourselves including medical emergencies and evacuation by helicopter. The company won’t be liable for any injury or health conditions, emotional or other conditions suffered by the clients during the trip.
13. SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED
The company won’t be responsible and no discounts or refunds will be provided to the clients for missing or not using services due to any causes such as sickness, death of family members, late arrival, premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily. Hence, the client must pay proper attention to it while booking and utilizing the services.
14. UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Nepalcome.com has the right to update and amend these terms and conditions on any time. So you must be updated with any changes. You can check the latest version of terms and conditions on www.nepalcome.com
