Nepal is a wonderland of different landscapes, altitudes, and climates. From the chilling and majestic Himalayas, to the warm and humid Terai, Nepal has it all. Terai, also known as the food storage of Nepal is rich with amazing cultures, flourishing flora and fauna, and iconic landmarks, including the Tourist capital, Pokhara, and the birthplace of Lord Buddha, Lumbini. Safe to say, Terai has its own attractions and popular tourist destinations. This tour will take you around the lowerbelt of Nepal, and to amazing places of the Terai Belt.

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival
On your arrival at the airport, our agents will greet you warmly. You will be taken to your hotel, where they will also aid you with the check-in formalities. You can stroll through the streets at evening, and try out some local cuisines on your own!

Day 2 Kathmandu - Chitwan
The second morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we will depart from the capital city Kathmandu, and head towards Chitwan. The distance is about 100 kms, and we will be driving there. You can enjoy the scenes of beautiful hills and rivers as you make your way towards Chitwan. We will reach there by evening, and stay at the hotel there.

Day 3 Jungle Activities
The next day, after breakfast, we will go for a jungle safari in Chitwan. Elephant rides, jungle hiking, and animal sightseeing. WE will visit the famous Chitwan National Park. The place is a World Heritage Site listed by UNESCO. An amazing wildlife jungle elephant safari in the national park. If you’re lucky, you will get to see a rare one-horned rhinoceros, or even a Bengal Tiger in the wild. After the fun-filled day, we return to the hotel in the evening. You can stroll around the city and do some shopping on your own.

Day 4 Chitwan to Lumbini
We say our goodbyes to the wilderness of Chitwan and head on to Lumbini. The drive will be around 4 hours towards the birthplace of Lord Buddha. We will reach there in the evening, and stay at one of the hotels.

Day 5 Lumbini tour
A beautiful day filled with activities in Lumbini. After a satisfying breakfast, we will proceed to visit the many monasteries and museums of Lumbini. This is the place where Lord Buddha was born. Visit some fascinating monuments like Maya Devi Temple, the Ashoka Pillar, and the eternal flame. This will be an experience of a lifetime to visit a spiritually satisfying place like Lumbini. You will be very fascinated with the rich culture, gorgeous monuments and monasteries, and the overall ambience of Lumbini as a whole. After a tiring, yet exhilarating day, you get to rest in your hotel room in the evening.

Day 6 Lumbini to Tansen
The next day we travel from Lumbini to Tansen, Palpa. The drive will be around 2 hours in total. Tansen is a beautiful hill town in Palpa. The place offers a mellow and tranquil atmosphere. The people here are very laid back and welcoming. The laid back and chill ambience will be very soothing for you and you will settle in at no time. The hilltop also offers some amazing views. We will stay the night at Tanses in a local lodge and dine there.

Day 7 Tansen to Pokhara
As the next day dawns, we will say goodbye to the ancient town of Tansen, and go to Pokhara. After eating breakfast, we depart towards Pokhara, the tourist hub of Nepal. The drive is somewhat around 4 hours long. Pokhara will greet you warmly with the amazing hospitality and energetic people. We will stay at a hotel there. You can go out and experience the amazing nightlife that Pokhara is famous for. There are a lot of pubs and bars where you can get almost any drink that you prefer. However, get plenty of rest, as the next day is going to be filled with activities.

Day 8 Activities in Pokhara
Another beautiful day at Pokhara, have amazing breakfast and then we head out! We will be visiting the Peace Pagoda and the fabled Mountain Museum. The Peace Pagoda is a monumental Buddhist stupa, intended to inspire peace, and prosperity. The stupa is considered as a symbol of peace and harmony. After that, we will visit the mountain museum. As the name suggests, the mountain museum includes amazing arts and historic artifacts regarding the mountaineering world. The place is bound to pique your interest. After that, we will return back to the hotel, and you may go out for a drink, or rest.

Day 9 Boating, hiking
The next day, we go for boating at Fewa Lake. The lake is a gorgeous water mass, and another attraction is that there is a temple in the middle of the lake. The overall boating experience will be great with amazing sceneries all around. Then, we go for a hike to a place called Australian Camp. The hike is of 2 hours, and is totally worthwhile once you reach to the top. You will be greeted with a panoramic 360 degrees view of the majestic Himalayas.

Day 10 Pokhara to Bandipur
After having an amazing time at Pokhara, it is finally time to say goodbye. We depart from Pokhara and then head on to Bandipur. The drive will take around 3 hours. Bandipur is a beautiful hilltop city, far from the bustling vehicles, a place with beautiful houses and a gorgeous town .You will love the place the moment you step here. The gorgeous, ancient architecture will mesmerize you at first sight. You will roam around 5the village, visit places like the Khadga Devi Temple, Tundikhel, etc. You will be spending the night in the main town at a local hotel.

Day 11 Back to Kathmandu
Wake up early in the morning, and catch the sunrise from Tundikhel. Have a great breakfast and then say goodbye to the beautiful town of Bandipur. We head back towards the capital city Kathmandu.THe drive will be 5 hours long. We will reach there in the evening, and you can take a rest at the hotel, or visit the local shops.

Day 12 Trip to Magarsalu
In the Next day, you will visit a small but beautiful village called Magarsalu. The village is a beautiful Magar community village in the outskirts of the Kathmandu Valley.The people there are very warm and welcoming. IN the evening, you will be treated to the local cuisines, and a special indigenous dance shows. The evening will be an amazing experience for you. You will be spending the night there in a local lodge.

Day 13 Return back to Kathmandu
After a scrumptious breakfast, we will return to the main city. You can visit the bars in the evening or even go to a club and have a great time.

Day 14 Leisure Day
The next day for you is completely free. You can spend the day however you want. Either go shopping, sightseeing, or you can also choose the day to rest in the hotel room. We will have a celebratory dinner in the evening for the successful completion of the tour.

Day 15 Departure
Finally the day of departure arrives. We will drop you to the airport with a heavy heart, and bid you farewell! We hope to see you again sometime soon.
